Visas and QR Codes

VISA - Buy your travel visa online

  • After July 1, 2025 Cuba will accept eVisas only.

  • It’s really the easiest and cheapest way to do so (around $85). Cuba Travel Services sells the e-visa.  Our travel programs fall under the 515.574 Support for the Cuban people travel category.

  • Take a screenshot of your Visa – please note that you will receive an email complete when you submit your visa applications.  You must follow all instructions and take a screenshot.

  • You will need the code on your Cuban visa in order to fill out the D’Viajeros form.

  • Make sure you have your code from your visa. Then, Complete the D’Viajeros Cuban form online – 48-hours before travel (do not do this from the airport because sometimes the Cuban site can be down, or slow/laggy). You must  complete this form to obtain the QR code. You’ll be required to show the QR code  to check in with your luggage. Take a screenshot of your QR code or print it because you also need to show it when you land in Cuba’s airport immigration – and wifi is not reliable.

  • The form is in Spanish, but the menu “idioma” should allow you to change to English. Sometimes other languages on the mobile app can be disabled (unless your phone allows google to translate it automatically.) There are 5 screens.

  • You will need the address handy for the Casa you will be staying the first night.

  • Tips for your form answers:
      1. Municipality = Pinar del Rio
      2. Mail = your email address
      3. Point of Entry = A.I. Jose Marti / Habana
      4. Reason for your visit = VISIT or VISITA  (do not put turismo or tourism)
      5. Organization = leave blank
      6. Accommodations = Casa Renta
      7. Address = Villa Azul, La Bajada, Pinar del Rio, Cuba
      8. You can leave blank the amount of money you’re bringing
      9. You will need to declare the humanitarian items you’re bringing that are not for personal use. Be sure the value you put on them is UNDER $1,000.
